Ok, so here is how the diet is going. I am re-committed to doing this!
Eat when I am hungry, stop when I am full!
We are joining a gym as soon as I get a job!
I will go on more walks-in-spite of the bitter cold weather and the ice on the roads!
I will drink more water.
I will eat breakfast.
I will make healthier choices!
